MY METHOD
Using a system I formulated from my own deep explorations, I help people begin to align physically, emotionally and spiritually with their own optimal blueprint. I teach people how to open so that they can start to feel more deeply and come to know their authentic selves, their inherent beauty and strength. This begins the process of dismantling the construct that they and the conditioning environment have created. By knowing the self one is then able to start to see and experience the world as it really is, opening up an infinite number of avenues for growth. The full potential to feel, to move, to create, to understand, to love, to witness, to learn, and to expand begins to be activated and embodied.
WHAT TO EXPECT
My work with clients has three parts: my process interacting with the client’s whole system, the client’s work on themselves, and the work we do together. When we speak online the client begins by articulating their current life situation, specific issues, and what they hope to achieve or shift. At this time new seeds are planted as we engage in the synergistic and inductive alchemy that happens when we process and engage together.
There’s an interactive conscious level, where I help people to understand their individual patterns and injuries and how those patterns interact with the greater reality. This helps the client to cultivate a fuller emotional expression and a more honest spiritual awareness. I also assist with physical changes, such as bringing nutrition into greater harmony or shifting physical imbalances, to achieve optimal energetic alignment.
There is also a subconscious inductive element to the work, as I focus on the greater total mosaic of a person to help them release what’s no longer serving them, such as old stories and traumas, in order to activate real transformation. I am able to perceive and engage with many of the non-material layers that shape a person’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual structure. Working on a person’s inner and outer energetic forms in this way can help to dissolve physical blockages, shift emotional wounds, and strengthen spiritual connectivity. Here I also gather information for the client’s continued advancement. The many tools and personalized resources I provide clients help them take ownership of their own developmental processes and learn new skills. This leads to a greater and greater embodied understanding, power, synergy, grace and authenticity in their physical, emotional, and spiritual lives.
Sessions are via online video chat or in-person when available.

Initial 2 hour session: $215
On-going work is scheduled in blocks of four sessions: $775*

IN-PERSON
In-person intensive transformation work, guidance, and experiential practices are also available to bring all aspects of living into greater alignment for an embodied spiritual understanding. Please inquire.
